    Hello, thanks for a great theme. I have a problem with testimonial item. When I’m adding it and click on the element a saw only the settings of visability and nothing more. I saw your tutorial for testimonials and I’m just don’t have all of those settings.

    Hey hydrascowl,

    Thanks for the login details. I added the Testimonial element to a new page in private and I can’t see anything wrong with it. Could you try to explain a bit further please?

    I have only visability settings and somеhow there is no settings for putting content in the testimonial.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the screenshot, though that is not what I’m seeing on my end. Could you try to clear your browser cache and reload please? You could also try in an incognito window using Chrome.

    I open it in incognito window in Chrome and everything is the same.

    I asked my friend to check from the other device. And he saw the element the same as I. Could you please send me a screenshot? Why could be such a problem?

    Hi,

    I think it will be hard to help you out since we can’t reproduce the error. Both me and Basilis are seeing the same thing on your own installation, which indicates that the problem is local. Could you link to the backend of the page where you got your screenshot from just to make sure?

    I find out why my testimonial item looks so. The reason is that it’s not a testimonial item. In Russian the item that calls “testimonial” in English was translated as “quote” to Russian and it’s confuse me because in Russian version there is another element called “testimonial”. That was the element on the screenshot. I think it’s something like comments, but still can’t understand how it works. So the problem was in language)
