    Hi there!
    I tried to update some plugins in my Enfold website and since then I keep getting the following: HTTP ERROR 500

    Hey kyk26,

    Do you have a backup of the site? If so then please try to restore it or contact your hosting provider to do it for you.

    Hi there!
    Thank you for your prompt response.
    I was in contact with godaddy (my hosting provider) and they were able to detect that the problem was an update related with some plugin called jet… (I can’t recall the entire name). So they disabled it.
    Now, I can find the site, but only the home page can be accessed. The rest of the pages (like about us, contact us, etc) I get the following:

    Not Found

    The requested URL /about-us/ was not found on this server.

    Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    Can you please help me with this?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update, I think the plugin name was JetPack maybe? Please try to reset your permalinks under Settings->Permanlinks to see if that helps. If not then please post admin login details in private so that we can have a closer look.
