    Hey Enfold team

    I am having a problem with iframes not showing on a clients website. It used to work nicely.

    Enfold Version: 4.7.6.3
    WP: 5.5.1
    PHP 7.4.10

    Hey Carsten,

    Can you please make that account admin?

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.

    Account now made admin. Sorry about that.

    Only 2 plugins on this site, Akismet Anti-Spam and UpdraftPlus (Backup/Restore). Deactivating theese made no change.

    Hope you can work it out :-)

    Hi nonne,

    You need to go to the Theme options > Performance and set “Self-hosted videos and audio features” to always load

    I would never have guessed that since I have the same setting on other Enfold sites without causing problem with i-frames not showing. The setting I normally have is “Load only used elements (recommended)” – and as said this has not created issues on any of the other sites? But if changing setting to alway load works, then I am happy, so thanks :-)

    Hi nonne,

    Well, I am not sure why it’s working like that on different websites.

    Maybe, the pages have galleries and so media elements are loaded but here you just added the links and no scripts, so they need to be loaded.
