    Hi:

    I’ve received an email form Envato with a notice about an Enfold update. But I don’t have any notification in my Wp admin, so I can’t proceed to the update.
    I should have a notice in my admin, shouldn’t I?
    Caould you please tell me how to proceed or could you have a look?

    Thanks for contacting us!

    I installed Envato Market plugin (deleted after testing) and tested your Personal Token however it threw following error

    Incorrect token permissions, please generate another token or fix the permissions on the existing token.

Please ensure only the following permissions are enabled:

    View and search Envato sites
    Download your purchased items
    List purchases you've made

Additional Error Details:
Found too many permissions on token..
purchase:verify
[]

    Please regenerate a new Personal Token by referring to this post – https://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/theme-registration/#toggle-id-5 and make sure to enable all the tokens mentioned in the docs :)

    Thanks for your answer.
    Apparently token is ok, see jpgs attached (I edited it in my envato account)
    Still I don’t have update notice.
    If I need to istall envato plugin in order to do it right, tell me.

    Hi,

    Two required tokens seem to be disabled:
    – View the user’s account profile details
    – Verify purchases of the user’s items

    Please regenerate a token and makes to enable following tokens

    • View and search Envato sites (checked by default)
    • View the user’s Envato Account username
    • View the user’s email address
    • View the user’s account profile details
    • Download the user’s purchased items
    • Verify purchases of the user’s items
    • List purchases the user has made

    Hi:

    Ok, I’ve enabled all options you told me, please see jpgs attached. Again, I get a success message in the wp admin (it always goy this success message anyway). Still I don’t get notices.

    Ok, So I assume that I must have the envato plugin installed, right?
    No idea why is not taking enfold update system? I mean, it’s ok with the envato stuff but much better without external stuff, isn’t it?

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. We’re not sure why it’s not working from the theme options sometimes unfortunately, but the theme files comes from the same place on Envato servers anyway, so it shouldn’t matter.
