    Hi there. I don’t receive notifications when a reply is posted to my threads on the support forum. I’ve confirmed that my profile has the correct email address and that messages do not end up in my spam folder. Any ideas why this is (not) happening? If it matters I host my mail on Google Apps.

    It started happening recently but our devs know about the issue and are looking into it.
