According to the report issued by hosting company, all my domains were suspended due to having malware and security issues. In most of them, the site has only the original Enfold files and nothing else. I found similar complains by other customers. I had to delete everything and it is very inconvenient. Please advise ASAP. Thanks
They are not able to provide any additional information. They say it may be because of scripts, weal passwords, themes and installation file

Ok, is there any reason for them not being able to share the exploit? One would think that such a thing would be important in finding the cause of an exploit, could you try asking them again maybe?
Scripts – there are many scripts in our themes like all other: which one was compromised and how?
Weak passwords – this one is up to each individual user.
Theme – that is all files included in the theme I guess? Again, what files were compromised?
Installation file – what file is that specifically and how was it compromised?Thanks,

I was not able to find the information you requested. I had to delete everything and started a fresh WP installation. Is there any plugin you can recommend to detect and remove any viruses please? Does it help me and should i reinstall Enfold again?

There are many security plugins out there but I would recommend that you try this one out: https://wordpress.org/plugins/sucuri-scanner/. You might want to consider using Sucuri’s cleaning service as well.
