    Hi,

    I’ve been trying to upload the theme for almost a week now both ways and I keep received to messages at the end.

    1. It doesn’t upload at all and it’s back to the upload page. And nothing has been uploaded.

    2. The it appears ‘the website isn’t working at the moment’ (I’ve been working with different themes for awhile now and this is the first time something like this happens).

    Can you please help? This is extremely urgent!

    Hey ginapalha!

    This is usually a problem with your server. You’ll need to upload the theme via FTP in this case. See here for instructions, http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/update-theme-files-with-ftp/.

    Hi!

    Do you mind posting FTP access privately as well? Please also install enfold.zip file somewhere on your server and tell us where, so we can try to install the theme for you.
    Installing the theme via FTP solves the issue most of the times, that is why we needed to make sure that you have tried installing the theme via FTP.

    I installed Enfold via FTP. Please review your website and remove the files from Dropbox :)
