    I can’t update my Enfold from the Control panel and I can’t obtain a zip file.
    Sirs: My Enfod cotnrol panel says that it is up to date, but version is 3.6.
    Then, the update buttom is not working.
    Then the uptadate throth ftp, needs the .zip file
    Then to get the .zip I am sent to envato, were there is no record of the account.I used to purchase the theme.
    My question is: how can I get an updated zip of the theme.

    Hey cesarvega,

    If you can’t download the theme from your Themeforest account then you will have to reach out to them directly for help with that. The update to the latest version has to be done manually from the version you are running, we can give you instructions and/or help once you have access to the theme files.
