    Hi,
    I’ve uploaded a .png file with a white version of my logo in Header > Transparency options, but it doesn’t apper.
    I’ve tried changing file, but not works.
    Could you please help me?

    Thanks for getting in touch with us!

    Please try adding this code to the Quick CSS section under Enfold > General Styling or to your child themes style.css file:

    #top .av_header_transparency.av_alternate_logo_active .logo a > img {
    opacity: 1 !important;
}

    Thanks @Jordan.
    I’ve added that code, but now I see the colored logo in trasparent header and not the white one.
    There’s another way to fix this problem?

    Hi,

    Please deactivate all plugins one by one to check which one is causing this issue and let us know if this solves the problem.
    In addition to that, please let us know if we are allowed to deactivate one or more of your plugins as well for testing purposes :)

    I’ve tried to deactivate every plugin but it doesn’t work.
    So… backup done: you’re allowed to try to fix it.

    Hi,

    deactivate your child theme and use the parent theme version. Let us know if it’s working this way for you. If that does not help then there might be some corrupted files, so please delete all theme files completely via FTP, before installing a fresh copy from your themeforest account. Here is a short tutorial on how to install the theme via FTP, in case you are not sure how that works:
