    When I try to edit the frontpage of my theme (its a one page design): all I can see is a page with shortcode, while 10 minutes ago I could see the layout builder so I could move blocks, I cannot find anything anywhere to change the view, what am I missing?

    Which version of the theme and WordPress are you running? Please make sure that they are both the latest ones. If you should need further help, then please post admin WordPress login details in private.

    Hi,
    It sounds like your page has been opened or saved as a “block editor” page, you should still see a blue “Advanced Layout Builder” button at the top of the page.
    If not include a admin login in the Private Content area and a link to the page so we can examine.
    Please note that the theme is now v6.0.6

    Hi,
    I’m encountering some troubles with the Advanced Layout Editor too and in my situation the editing page isn’t loaded correctly and it isn’t fully scrollable and I can’t edit my content.
    I attach a short video to explain better the situation.

    P.S. I’m using the latest version of the theme (6.0.6) and of WordPress (6.7)

    Hi there, I would like to make a seperate admin account for you to give you the login credentials but it requires an email adress, which one can I use?

    By the way: there is no “Advanced Layout Builder” button at the top of the page. Normally when I login and I see the frontpage then it shows “Edit frontpage (advanced layout builder)” on top. But now it only says “edit frontpage” and when I do this the code screen appears and I can only see html code. As if the layout builder has disappeared.

    I think I have the latest theme but it doesnt show up in the dashboard or theme update. Is there another way then doing it by FTP? I am afraid I am overwriting my installation when I do it through adding a new theme.

    Hi,
    Please download the latest installable WP version from your Theme Forest account and upload it to your WordPress ▸ Appearance ▸ Themes ▸ Add Themes ▸ Add New
    WordPress_Appearance_Themes_Add-Themes_Add-New.jpg
    after you choose the zip file and click install, you will see a This theme is already installed message because you are updating, you can continue

    then you will see the Theme updated successfully message.

    Yes! Upgrading the theme worked! I could see the blue button again, oh my I am so relieved thank youououou!
