    Hi,
    I have a problem installing the Enfold theme, for some reason it does not want to install in wordpress, it throws us the following:
    The link you followed has expired.
    Try again.

    We installed the theme a couple of months ago for another client and it works perfectly, there were no problems.
    Now we bought a new license on themeforest on Tuesday and what I wrote above is happening.

    Thanks for contacting us!

    The error you are getting is related to server settings. Could you please contact your hosting provider and ask them to increase following settings to recommended values?
    upload_max_filesize = 128M
    post_max_size = 128M
    max_execution_time = 300

    Hi,

    Thank you on your effort,
    But now this.

    We installed the theme with your help, the website shows that the theme is active, but can’t get into wordpress admin mode anymore.
    it throws us the following error:
    A critical error has occurred on your website.

    When we delete the entire theme from fole manager from our cPanel from hosting,
    wordpress works normally without the Enfold theme.
    We install it again and the same thing happens as mentioned above.

    Hi,
    Thank you on your effort, we solve the problem.

    We have another one.

    We want to activate the evanto token key this happens:

    Last time we checked the token we couldn’t connect to Envato:

    Purchases cannot be accessed
    Username cannot be accessed (required for your information only)
    Email cannot be accessed (required for your information only)
    The following errors occurred:

    Your purchases: Your private token is invalid.
    username Your private token is invalid.
    email Your private token is invalid.
    Purchases: There was a problem accessing purchases. Unable to check for updates.

    Hi,

    now after installing woocommerce we can’t access the website.
    there are no plug-ins on wordpress except for woocommerce plug-in

    Hi,

    Thanks for the information!

    I went to Enfold theme options > Performance and chose to only minify JS files without merging them and that helped.
