i don’t understand why i can’t get theme update alerts anymore. What can I do? Also I can’t use and select Elements Layout, Content and Media tools.thanks
I still can’t see the updates in the Enfold theme updates section, and also the menu of my site does not appear in the mobile version.

What is the current version of theme? You may need to update the theme manually via FTP if the current version is older than 4.7. Please check the following documentation for more info.
