    Hello there,

    I am writing because since I manually updated from Enfold 4.3 to 4.7 I cannot enter spaces into text fields such as headings, and icon titles. For instance, when I enter “Hello this is my heading”, it shows something like “Hellowthisismyheading”. Also, the Enter button used to work when modifying something in the Advanced Editor and it just doesn’t anymore.

    This only happens with users whose role is set to Administrator. But it does not with editors.

    Hey oniljuez,

    Thanks for the login details. I logged in with the admin details but I can’t reproduce the problem, and this was fixed in the version of the theme you are running. If you are still having problems then please try to login using a different browser, or using an incognito/private window.

    Confirm similar issue here:

    Slider Revolution isn’t present in my WP installation.

    I’m having the same issue on my webstie, this issue begins just after update the CMS to the version 5.5.

    Any clue?

    Curious – with WordPress 5.5 | Enfold Version 4.7.6.3 I do not have this issue unless Slider Revolution is enabled.

    Hi oniljuez,

    I still can’t reproduce the problem on your site, I created a test page as proof (see private). Please try to use an incognito window in Chrome to see if that helps.

    This problem was solved in Enfold 4.7.6.3, please try updating to that.

    Hi Rikard,

    I downgraded to WP 5.4.2 and everything seems to work perfectly, but when I try to update to WP 5.5 I’m having the same issue again.

    I am using Enfold 4.7.6.3, so the problem is not solved when using WP 5.5. Also, I tried Enfold 4.7.6.3 in a new WP 5.5 installation and it works perfectly. The problem was when updating the theme and my WP.

    Please let us know when there is a solution to this. In the meantime I’m using WP 5.4.2.

    FYI, the problem was the plugin Woocommerce Services which apparently messes up the whole theme. Once disabled, it went back to normal.
