    I can’t edit the frontpage. It is always refreshing and won’t let me eat it. What should I do?

    Hi safauset!

    You are currently using a very old version of Enfold, please update the theme to the latest version 3.1.2, preferably via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/
    Since you are updating from a very old version, you may need to re-configure some options/elements such as header- http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/portfolio-item/intro-to-the-header-configurator/

    Hi…I have added in my user name and code but it has still not updated.

    How can I update it using ftp without deleting the current contents on the website including my frontpage?

    Your content will remain intact. If you have made any changes on theme files, they will be lost.

    Hey!

    Can you please try de-activating all active plugins and check if that helps?
    If that does not help, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately so we can look into it
