    Thanks for the login details. Could you try updating the theme to the latest version (4.1.2) to see if that helps please? http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

    Hi cdiazdelacruz,

    Your version is very old, the latest version is 4.1.2, can you please update your theme via FTP? Which version of php are you running?

    I’ll try to reinstall the last version, but I don’t have access to ftp or c-panel … I’m asking for permissions to upload files bigger than 25Mb in order to try to reinstall it from the backend of WordPress…

    Hi,

    Are you asking that from your hosting provider? They should be able to give you FTP access as well.

    This is a blog that belongs to a university. The IT department has all the permissions and I’m asking them to give some to be able to upload the update of the theme…

    Ok, thanks for the feedback. Maybe it would be easier if you sent it to them to let them do it? I guess that is what IT staff are there for :-)
