Hi support,

I have trouble with the Enfold theme i use over a year, for long time i didn’t do anything on my admin but now i need to edit some content on pages, when i click on open page and it always in loading hours and hours, never show up any thing, i have create new user and pw for you to take a look for me if there is any wrong i didn’t know or so. (url: http://www.bestwebhostingcompanies.org)

You are using an older version of the theme. Please update Enfold to the latest version 3.5.1 – http://kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/

Hi,

Could you upgrade the account you posted to admin please? We can see much of your installation otherwise. Try to clear your browser cache and reload a few times to see if that helps. You could try a different browser and/or machine as well.

I did the upgrade already yesterday and wait today if it allow me to edit the pages, nothing different, i dont know how can i edit the link detail inside all pages since no any page can edit, open and they are always in loading status all day long, not show up anything. Thanks for your help

I dont know, just update the user i gave you, nothing change and must click update, i use wp latest version so i dont think any update about wp

Rikard means the account you made for us is not an admin, so we can not check a lot of issue.

Hi,

The account still doesn’t have admin rights, please change this so that we can see your full installation. You could try to disable all plugins to see if one of them is causing a conflict.

After i deactivated almost plugins, i saw the site look better, i just want to edit link related Hostgator, i have no idea what is:

Hi,

I think you can ignore the messages about images, I don’t think it matters in this case. Try to activate your plugins again one by one to see which one(s) are causing the problems.
