    if you have wordfence shut off the firewall.
    also update to the latest wordpress, there are some bug fixes in it which might help.

    You probably haven’t gotten help because you haven’t been very specific about what it is you can’t do. Try disabling ALL plugins, making sure you’re running the latest versions of both WordPress and Enfold, and make sure there is no caching software running on your hosting companies servers. Then repost a question that details what your doing and what doesn’t happen that you expect to happen, and put temporary admin login details in the Private Content area so that a moderator can check out what’s going on.

    @patmc1
    , there is a learning curve to using Enfold, so don’t be so quick to think the problem is with the theme. More than likely the problem is with something you are or are not doing.

    1 I have been very specific with the different errors I have found it: copy and paste.
    2 That probem started just after the update.
    3 I have followed the post with the advice with problems after update, included deactivate and activate one by one the plugins
    4 After my posts thet have asked me with delay for my credentials or I have directly added them and after that they never answered

    I think part of the problem is that you keep posting new threads for what appears to be a continuation of the same problem related to updating the theme. In checking your post history, you have received a response to all except this one and the one you posted two days ago.

    There are a number of reasons that you may be having problems, not the least of which may be the hosting company your site is on. If you stay with just one thread related to the problem you’re having rather than posting a new one with a slightly different title every time, I think you’ll eventually get to the bottom of this. Keep in mind that many theme companies don’t give free updates for their themes and don’t have the level of support that this one does.You may have to wait a while for a response because they work through the queue according to when a post was originally put up.

    Hi,

    We are very sorry for the late response. FYI, bumping the thread will push it back to the end of the queue and we won’t be able to respond it immediately. Please refrain from replying to your own thread until a moderator put up a reply.

    Regarding the issue at hand, please follow the instructions here: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/having-problems-after-updating-to-wordpress-4-5-please-read-this-first/

    And if you installed the WordFence plugin, do the following:

    if you are running wordfence disable the firewall, that has helped a few people while the good folks here with kriesi work on the fix.
    Another item which has produced relief for some is to manually upload the core files in /wp-includes/js/tinymce/ via ftp from a fresh download of the core wordpress files.

    Best regards,
    Ismael
