    Hello to everybody,

    I have a problem with the editor of enfold.
    I tried to disable all the plugins, I tried to reinstall a new copy of the theme, I tried to clear cache browser and delete temporary files but nothing.
    When I try to add images, for example in easy slider, nothing happens. I click on the add images button and nothing happens.
    To the bottom, in the page, I see ….post.php?post=203&action=edit#

    Can anyone help me?

    Can you give us temporary admin access to your website in the private content box below, so that we can have a closer look? Which version of php are you running?

    Hello Victoria,

    yes I can!

    When you are inside, go to pagine -> tutte le pagine -> homepage, modifica (modify) and try to add an image into the easy slider. It doesn’t work.
    The php version is 5.6.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details and instructions. I had no problem adding images though, I added two images if you have a look at the site now. Could you try to clear your browser cache and reload the page or try a different browser please?

    Hi Rikard,

    I saw your changes. I tried to do the same things with my internet explorer browser, chrome, firefox and edge.
    Nothing change, I can’t add images. So I think that the problem is something on my pc. Java? Or what?
    Now I try with my laptop….

    If I change the theme with a free one and If I try to add images in any page, it works. The problem is with avia editor for me. I have no more ideas!

    Hi,

    Thanks for the feedback, are the computers on the same network? There can be caching coming from a router in your network, could you try rebooting all devices which you connect to the internet with?

    Yes they are on the same network. I rebooted my router but the problem is still there.
    I update enfold to the new version, 4.1 but nothing change.
    I call my mother and I asked her to try to connect to my website from her pc, and she has the same problem.
    Very very strange….can I reset completly the theme customization only, preserving the content?

    Yes, you can do that. I was also add an image to the slider at the bottom
