    Hi,

    Thanks for the login details. The PHP ZipArchive Extension looks to be disabled on your site, please reach out to your hosting provider and ask them to activate it. You might want to consider to increase the PHP Post Max Size and PHP Max Upload Size values as well.

    The worst problem now is when I activate the enfold theme, it is error. I cannot open the site now.

    Hi,

    Thanks for the update. I can’t see that Enfold is active on your site, and the WordPress login pages are not working anymore. Please let us know if you should need any further help from us, and with what.

    Now, I can activate enfold theme, but I still cannot import the construction demo.

    Hi,

    The PHP ZipArchive Extension is still turned off on your installation, it’s needed for the import to work. Please try reaching out to your hosting provider and have them turn it on for you.

    Hello,

    The extension was turned on, but it still cannot import the construction demo template.

    This is the show up message : Download of files for demo Construction Demo didn’t work!
    You might want to try reloading the page and then try again.

    If you go to the page in private and scroll down to Server Settings, you will see that it’s still not activated.
