i can not use Support, but i bought today a new Enfold. Please tell me where can i Purchase my Code.
I Need Help, i can not edit sites in Enfold, i tried to reinstall the Version by FTP and it is not working. Then i tried to reinstall WordPress with FTP, too and it is not working. Can you look what is the problem, please?

Hi Daniel,
You can use a single account if you have more than one license. Most agencies/developers give purchase codes to their clients so their clients can register and contact us directly but if you are going to be contacting us, as i said, you can use one account :)

No you can use one account for all your support questions, though the purchase code you posted is not registered to a user yet, so I’m guessing you haven’t registered?
