    I want to know why I get this message on the page and the video is not seen on mobile devices. can you help me, please.
    This is the message that comes out; please set a mobile device fallback image for this video in your wordpress backend.

    You can not see the video of the page on the phones.

    and i can not log in Where can I get this? enter your Purchase Code if i can not log in.

    Please edit your element and set a fallback image for your video.
    We only provide support to our registered users. Unless you register to our forum and login, i am afraid we will not be able to provide any further assistance.

    I registered with this email (Email address hidden if logged out) and it marks me error says,

    Please enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
    ERROR: Invalid username or email.

    And according to me my username is enrope07 and my email (Email address hidden if logged out)

    Thanks for registering!

    Sorry, I posted here after confusing you with another person who was spamming and had a surprisingly similar name. I have later deleted that post and replied to you. Just in case you received that notification in your email :)

    Videos are disabled on mobile due to incompatibility issue and they require fallback images to display them on mobile instead of videos. You can simply edit your element and set a fallback image. If you would like us to look into it, please create a temporary admin login and post it here privately.
