If I insert a Button – than there is on the right side the text Button Link but no field for fill in the link?
September 20, 2018 at 11:31 am #1012216Hey,
Please post us your login credentials (in the “private data” field), so we can take a look at your backend.
- Install and activate ” Temporary Login Without Password “.
- Go to ” Users > Temporary Logins ” on the left-side menu.
- Click ” Create New “.
- Add the email address for the account ( you can use (Email address hidden if logged out) ), as well as the ” Role ” making that the highest possible and the expiry about four days
( do be sure that we have enough time to debug ). - Click ” Submit “.
- You’ll now have a temporary account. Please provide us here in the private section the URL, so we can login and help you out.
When your issue is fixed, you can always remove the plugin!
If you prefer to not use the plugin, you can manually create a admin user and post the login credentials in the “private data” field.Best regards,

thanks for your answer, but this sounds a little bit complicate – can I send you a screenshot first?
September 20, 2018 at 12:06 pm #1012226Hey,
Sure! You can simply upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links of your screenshots here.
You can simply go to Users > Add New and create a new one with Administrator role and post login credentials here privately as well :)Regards,
YigitSeptember 20, 2018 at 12:18 pm #1012233In the meantime I found this post: https://kriesi.at/support/topic/avia-builder-button-link-not-working/
I think it is problem with the php version?September 20, 2018 at 2:25 pm #1012325Hi,
Thanks for the feedback. Could you add a new user in WordPress for us and post the login details in private so that we can have a closer look please? You can post your own login details instead if that is easier for you. If not then please post a link to your site so that we can see what version of the theme you are using at least.
Best regards,
Rikard -
