    Hi. I can not go into my Enfold theme.
    I lost the password and the option to recover password does not work.
    I already try everything within my reach. I tried the emergency.php file and also changing the password from phpmyadmin from the Cpanel
    I do not know what else to do
    Some help?

    Hey Tomas,
    When you changed the password in PHPMyAdmin did you type the password in or encode it first?
    Try the password in the Private Content area, the second line is the encoded password that you put in the database.
    If this doesn’t help, please include your cPanel login so we can take a look.

    Hi Mike! I tried both ways: enconde it (through MD5 function) and normal text.
    I dont know what to do. I give you the access to Cpanel

    It is solved! Im in Brasil but the server is in Argentina. The provider was blocking my ip for safety reasons….Sorry for the time….you guys always helpful!!….Enfold THE BEST THEME EVER!
