I can not create my support account-again

I asked below question, and seems you replied. But i can not see your private content!!!
How can i see that? I can not login. Can add me on skype or send me the password through somewhere??
I add my contacts in the private content field.

My question: I tried to create account using (Email address hidden if logged out) , It says has sent password to my email, but I can not receive any email from your website. How to solve?
