I bought an extension of Support but I didn't receive a new license key, and I can't post on forum

Just today, I bought a 6 month Support Extension to my Item Enfold, but I still can’t post on your support forum when I log-in into the site.

Can you please activate the Key and give me support?

Hey Pere,

It can take some time for new purchases to reflect in our system. I checked your email though, and it says that you are supported until 2024-03-30. Could you try logging in again please?
