    I bought already and I have a problem. I posted it in the forum and I get an answer every more than 24 hours. Is there a faster way to get answers (eg. phone or chat)? I have the problem since March 21st, and still nothing is resolved. I cannot advance with the design and it is urgent. Thanks

    Hi Vinay,

    Thanks for your reply. The case I opened in the support is in this support, and I’m a registered customer (unless I’m mistaken). I’m waiting to resolve this issue and I don’t continue with my design because of it since March 21st…

    Please advise what to do.
