    I have 10 main categories in my store and somehow the designer that I hired to do my page (who left me high and dry before completion) placed my first category into the second category on my sub-menu. So, I am trying to pull the first category out of the second category so it appears first in the sub-menu. Can you tell me where this can be done?

    Hi!

    Please go to Appearance > Menus and you will see that menu item is indented further than other menu items. You can simply drag it to the same level :)
    If you would like us to look into it, please create a temporary admin logins and post them here privately!

    Excellent! Is it possible to have images for main product categories, but only use text or other options for product sub-categories? It’s nearly impossible place images in all 180 categories/sub-categories on my site.

    Can you please elaborate on the changes you would like to make? Screenshots would help. You can upload your screenshots on imgur.com or Dropbox public folder and post the links here.

    You can go to Appearance > Widgets and replace widgets as needed :)

    First, I am getting an advertisement for Kreisi on FB under all of my product image pages. I need to know how to remove it.
    Second, Is there a way to remove image boxes for sub categories? I would like to maintain images for only the main categories.

    Hi,

    Can you try to check it in Appearance > Widgets? probably in 1 of the widget areas, it seems like it uses Enfold likebox. If you can’t find it there, can you provide temporary admin access so we can check your backend.

    Hey Nikko,
    I am trying to figure out how to keep my main category images for my store, but I have too many subcategories to try and place images on each one. I was hoping you could tell me how to keep main product category images but make subcategories a hierarchy of text only. Please help. Thanks!

    Hi,

    please always open a new ticket for a new question, otherwise it gets very confusing for us (and other people trying to search for help here in our forum).

    To be honest I have no idea what you’re trying to do. Please post a precise link showing the elements in question. Also a mockup showing the results you want to achieve would help us a lot (imgur.com, dropbox). Maybe it’s best to open a new ticket for your recent question.
