    I have been having issues trying to add self-hosted video to either the Color Section Backgrounds or Advanced Layersliders. After adding the url for the self-hosted video all that appears on the pages is the spinning video loading icon.

    Can we see and example? What format are the videos in and can you see them when you access the url directly?

    Sound on color sections is a no. The mp4 issue seems like its a permissions issue if you aren’t able to access it by the url directly. In that case simply changing the server permissions is the route to try and fix the issue. Your hosting provider will be able to walk you through it using the server panel or via FTP if you have that set up and accessible.
