    Hi There,

    Love the theme – looks great and doing the job really well. One thing has been an issue – and that is where I try to hyperlink between pages of my website. If I only want one on a page – it works fine. However if I want to do more than one, the previous one (or more) I have hyperlinked are removed. The text is still there – but the link is gone.

    The website is http://www.physiquetransformations.com.au

    One page I am having the issue with is http://www.physiquetransformations.com.au/about/physique-transformations/ One hyperlink is there (down the bottom (Face to Face) but if I try to put a link in the above text it is removed.

    Can you help at all? Even bullet points are being removed. Help!

    This is also happening for a page where I’m putting affiliate code blocks in. This is the link http://www.physiquetransformations.com.au/links/ see I have one affiliate link, but when i go to add another block of code, the first one is removed.

    running th latest version of WP and Enfold as well…

    Hey!

    Thank you for using the theme.

    This is issue is a bit weird. I can’t reproduce it on my end. Please deactivate all plugins then test it again. Let us know if the issue persists. Please create a test page where we can see the issue.

    Hey!

    Can you reply with a private reply and provide us with admin credentials to log in and take a look at that page live? Its not an issue I’ve ever come across either so seeing it live and being able to inspect for any errors should help.

    Hi there – I don’t want to hassle you guys, but is there any idea yet what may be causing the issue? I really like the theme but if there isn’t a resolution soon, I may need to find an alternative solution. Hopefully you can give me some information or an ETA.

    I’m not having any issues when adding links or code when using the site now. I added a second duplicate of the affilate product to the Links page without issue.

    Maybe you can try creating the layout now and see if you have any issues.

    Hi Devin,

    For some reason it is still happening on my end. When I went into the links page, and opened the first code block, there was no code in the drop and drag field, nor the second :/

    I tried to put a second text hyperlink onto this page http://www.physiquetransformations.com.au/about/physique-transformations/ but it removed the previous one I had.

    I’m not sure what is happening :/

    What browser are you using to do the editing? There is a small chance that could be creating an issue for you.

    Ahhh- the ordeal, and all i needed was to change browser windows! I was using Internet Explorer v9 but tested with firefox and working perfectly. Thank you very much for all that, it seems to have addressed all my issues.

    Appreciate your help and patience. I feel a bit dumb now :)
