    Hi,

    Since a little bit the Hybrid Connect plugin is giving an error message ‘connector not found’. on the pages (including the homepage). Strange thing is that we have no problem on the posts…

    I already talked to the HC guys for quite a bit without any luck. I can not really pin point what could have caused this, and when but that it’s strange is for sure since the plugin used to work perfectly.

    Do you have any idea why we can’t display the optin on the pages anymore?

    Hi Veroniqueprins!

    We do not support third party plugins but send us a WordPress login and we’ll take a look to see if it’s an easy fix.

    If the problem is that it’s not working when your using the avia layout builder then I don’t think there is much we can do. You’ll need to use the default editor.

    Also be sure to deactivate all of your other plugins while testing.

    We’ve disabled all the plugins, and it doesn’t make a difference, and we are using the avia builder too – and btw, it doesn’t make a difference if we use this one or the text editor….

    Hi!

    I think you forgot to send the login details? Also, could you try to activate the default WordPress theme to see if your problem goes away then?
