I get this eror: Notice: Undefined index: muted in /customers/6/e/7/pernillezawadzka.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 613

What is that and how to fix it?

    All the best!

    Pernille.

    Hey Pernille,

Can you give us temporary admin access?
Just post the credentials in private content.

    Best regards,

    Hi, thank you and yes,

    (login info in private content)

I also have another problem. As you can see at the top of the page (this message):

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /customers/6/e/7/pernillezawadzka.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/slideshow_layerslider/slideshow_layerslider.php on line 28 Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type bool in /customers/6/e/7/pernillezawadzka.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php on line 711 Notice: Trying to access array offset on value of type null in /customers/6/e/7/pernillezawadzka.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-template-builder/php/asset-manager.class.php on line 711

    – Whatever it is, is has caused some damage on the site.

    Can you help?

    Hi kvindenskraft,

Thanks for giving us admin access.
Can you try to switch the PHP version to 7.3?

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko,

I switched the PHP version to 7,3 and waited 20 minutes, but no change.

    Regards, Tomas

    Hi Nikko,

The page is working now – thank you :)

We have still a little problem with one of our pages, where there is written (at the top of the page):
Notice: Undefined index: muted in /customers/6/e/7/pernillezawadzka.dk/httpd.www/wp-content/themes/enfold/framework/php/function-set-avia-frontend.php on line 613

Here is the link to the page:

Do you know why this is ooccurring?
    Regards, Tomas

    Hi Tomas,

You’re still using Enfold 4.4.1, which might be causing the issue with WP 5.4.1.
I would suggest that you backup your site first.
This is optional but I would highly suggest creating a staging site first where you’ll do the theme update, basically it’s a clone of your site placed in your subdomain, here’s how you can do it: https://themeisle.com/blog/wordpress-staging-site/
This way you can see if theme update will or won’t have any issue and you will not risk your site this way.
If all goes well then you can safely update your live site.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

Ok, thanks! Can I go with the easy solution with the WP Staging plugin? Or do I need to do the more difficult one? And if I have to do that, then why?

    #1240326

    Hi kvindenskraft,

You can go with the easy solution or the most comfortable process for you.
As long as a staging site is setup and we can have a site exactly like your live site (same plugins, settings and environment) to test with.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi Nikko.

Thanks for your fast reply. Now I did the staging proces. And have the copy site. Now what? When I go to Enfold –>theme update it says: No Updates available. You are running the latest version! (4.4.1)

But I am not, right? I even tried to hit the Check Manually – button, but nothing comes up concerning Enfold.

    What’s my next step?

    All the best! Pernille.

    Hi kvindenskraft,

You can install the Envato Market plugin and see the theme update.

If you need further assistance please let us know.
    Best regards,
    Victoria

Thanks! I have now fixed the problem.

    Hi kvindenskraft,

We’re glad to hear that :)
Thanks for using Enfold and have a great day!

    Best regards,
    Nikko
