Hi I just updated and now the side returners “This page isn’t working
anytimeweddingchapel.com is currently unable to handle this request.
HTTP ERROR 500” All plugins are disabled and default themes run fine. What can I do?

I get the same. I disabled all plugins, no difference. But when I remove and disable Enfold the site works.

your theme most definitely is causing the site to stop working with error 500.

    Hey!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please upgrade PHP version to minimum 5.6 or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0

    Regards,

OK I fixed it by replacing head.php with the one you provided. Thanks for quick response. I need to ask the client’s tiny hosting company to do the php version switch, right? And when the make that switch will the site run OK, or will I then have to go and replace header.php.

    Hi,

That is recommended (please see – https://kinsta.com/blog/php-7-hhvm-benchmarks/ ) however not necessary. We will include that header.php file in upcoming Enfold update to make it backwards compatible with older versions of PHP :)

    Best regards,
    Yigit
