    Hello,

I know there are a bunch of these topics around already, but I tried some of the proposed solutions and nothing seems to work.

    Here’s what happened:
    – updated from the WP admin of my child theme. After that I couldn’t access the site or the WP admin anymore.
    – checked with my hosting, domain is on PHP 7.2
    – used the PHP header you guys provided in a post, nothing happened.
    – tried renaming .htaccess – still couldn’t access the admin
    – replaced Enfold theme folder with a new one, still doesn’t work

I’m out of ideas, can someone please help me out?
    Thanks!

    Hey ThePec,

Can you give us both admin and ftp access? so we can try to debug and check further.
Just post the credentials in private content.

    Best regards,
    Nikko

    Hi ThePec,

No worries, I tried to access it via filezilla however I can only see .ftpquota file and nothing else.
Please check my screenshot in private content.

    Best regards,

Guys, I know you must be super busy, but I really need to get this fixed. Has there been any progress?

    Hi ThePec,

I have had the same problem … for me, the solution was to change the php version to 7.1 – subsequently I could change it to 7.2 + 7.3 without any problems.
Maby it also solves the problem for you.

    Hi everyone,

It seems the problem was a plugin.
The first time I checked, I disabled every plugin individually, but I must have missed one because now I renamed the Plugin folder and everything seems to work. So I guess this one’s on me. :/

    Thanks for taking the time,
    Radu
