    Hello,
after trying to update manually Enfold (downloaded from Themeforest and then uploaded via FileZilla) to new version I got a HTTP ERROR 500.
So I must use a WP theme.
    Wordpress version is 4.9.4.
In private content, you can find all the info.
    Thanks.

    Hey!

Sorry for the inconvenience. Please upgrade PHP version to minimum 5.6 or replace /wp-content/themes/enfold/header.php file with this one – https://www.dropbox.com/s/r389b5x4ippscyn/header.php?dl=0 to bring up backwards compatibility with older PHP versions. Hi, I tried to use your header.php file but didn’t work.
Tried to change from php 5.6 to 7.0 or 7.2 but didn’t work.

    #924598

Now, whenever I change to 7.0 I get error 500.
If I change to 7.2 I don’t get any error, but I can only use the default theme (get error if I switch to Enfold).

Downgraded to 4.2.3 and got a blank page. No Error 500, just a blank page. Don’t know if it’s a improvement…

And still got the same Error log as you can see in Private Content:

    Hi,

I went to public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes folder via FTP and removed events_countdown.php file. Now the file is located in public_html/wp-content/themes/enfold/config-templatebuilder/avia-shortcodes/events_countdown/events_countdown.php.
    Please review your website

    Best regards,

Tried to activate Enfold and says the theme doesn’t exist. So what should I do?

    #925019

Tried to activate Enfold Child and works. Does it make sense?

    #925021

    Hey!

Parent themes version seems 4.2.3. Could you please update it to 4.2.6 via FTP – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/?

    Best regards,
    Yigit
