    Hi team Enfold

    One of my clients is experiencing an issue on their website. The problem is with the code element on the homepage, right below the slider. It used to show our booking module just fine, but now all of a sudden the website sometimes shows the code itself and not the booking module. Could you please take a look at this issue and tell me if you can see the cause of this issue? It’s a third party code for an external booking system, but it always worked just fine. I provided a temp login and screenshot in the private content.

    Hey KatrienW,

    I can’t see any problems on my end, could you let us know how to reproduce it please? I can’t view the screenshot you posted, please upload it to a service like Google Drive or Dropbox, then link to it here.

    If the problem is caused by third party code, then I would advise that you reach out to the authors for support.

    Hi Rikard

    I had to try several devices as well before I saw the issue. I can see it via Google Chrome Inspect, when selecting a mobile device. I added a screenshot that should be visible to you know.

    Thanks for that. I can’t reproduce the problem on my end though, as you can see in the screenshot I posted. If you should need further help with this then please try reaching out to the authors of the plugin or third party code you are using.
