Hi there, I’m not sure if you can help or not.
A User Manual is used on this domain: http://www.razorplan.com/razorGuide/
but since creating my site, the manual is not working properly, if you click any of the pages, it redirects to our website with a 404 page.
This was the instruction:
For PHP / Apache:
Download this zip file containing the integration files.
Upzip it
Edit the index.php file and:
In the setAccount line, fill in your account’s “URL Name” (see Account Settings)
In the setManual line, fill in your manual’s “URL Name” (see Manual Settings). Leave empty if you want to show a hub page with links to all your manuals.
In the setManualUrl line, fill in the root of the manual folder on your site, without a trailing slash, e.g. “http://www.mydomain.com/mymanual”
For hub pages, you can opt to show a special manual group only. In that case, in the setGroup line, fill in the URL name of the group. Otherwise, leave empty.
Now upload the 3 files (.htaccess, index.php and ManulaIntegrate.class.php) to the folder on your server where you want the manual to appear.
In the Manula Admin, go to Manual Settings
Check the “Redirect manual…” checkbox.
Then enter the root URL of the manual on your own domain (without trailing slash again)So that has been done, and they directed that if there was still an issue it could be:
Alwin Hoogerdijk (Manula)
I am sorry to hear you are having problems with our Manula software.
This usually means that either:
1. the .htaccess file was not copied to the integration folder
or
2. your Apache is not configured to allow .htaccess files. Make sure that in Apache the “AllowOverride” setting is on.Is there any direction you could provide in this regard? Is my “AllowOverride” setting on?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you tried contacting your hosting provider?
Best regards,
