hreflang for germany, austria, schweiz (DACH)

i edit the function.php and the function-enfold.php with this:

this code is on first in the php data! But after safe is the hrflang not in source code from the site visible?! But this code: og:ocale and lang=”de_DE”
Where is the code from functions.php???

I will country specific for germany, schweiz, austria (DACH)
