    Hello there,

    I have created some intor an promo vids for my client. On a laptop / PC / Mac they display without issue .ie. in the front page there is a “full screen slider” that has the videos and images.

    However, when viewing on a phone for example the videos do not display.

    Can you advise how to resolve this?

    Hey James,

    Yes the videos do not play on mobile, because we do switch them to a fallback image as not all mobile browsers support the video functionality.
