    Hi,

    I blog about code and need to have it formatted correctly in a blog posts. The default WP way of doing this isn’t working and the few plugins I’ve tried aren’t working.

    Do you know of any way to easily paste code into a post?

    You need a code format plugin.
    Example of usage is
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/syntaxhighlighter/

    but you can also check for different plugins

    Hi,

    I tried that plugin but it didn’t work and seemed to enclose all of the content in the styling. I don’t have time to investigate further so will leave it for now.
