I had a developer start our site and then we took it over. I paid for the theme and downloaded the latest version, but cannot tell what version is currently loaded as the developer put “OUR NAME and Version 1.0 and By OUR NAME” on the Theme details!!! How else can I determine what the version of Enfold I have installed is?
Thanks much.

January 28, 2016 at 5:00 pm #573854Hey!
Please go to Appearance > Themes. Previous developer might have created a child theme and changed themes name there. If that is the case, please click “Theme details” on Enfold parent theme and check the version there.

We may not need FTP access, a WordPress Administrator account will suffice.
Cheers!

January 31, 2016 at 11:43 am #575264Hi!
Can you post a link to the site in question?
Best regards,
JosueFebruary 1, 2016 at 5:29 pm #575908The site is not live yet, but see private info
February 1, 2016 at 5:50 pm #575932You’d need to disable maintenance mode first if you want us to see that site. If you are worried of losing something when updating one thing you can do is do a backup of your current theme beforehand.
