Hello,
I’ve been trying to redirect 404 errors to the homepage (i only have one page), but can’t manage to do so with the .htaccess
I tried addind ErrorDocument 404 /index.php but it doesn’t work.
Could you please help me on this ?

I have not used it before but it appears it can redirect a 404 from the plugin description, “404 error monitoring – captures a log of 404 errors and allows you to easily map these to 301 redirects”.
Perhaps there is another plugin you can use.
This isn’t really a theme question though so it would be better to ask this on the WordPress support forums, https://wordpress.org/support/.

I’ve tried by modifying the 404.php file, like it is recommanded here :

But as you can see it still doesn’t work.
Could you please help me on that ?
Since it is a One Page site based on a One Page Theme, the 404 redirection should be included into theme…
