Hi there,
actually I can enter the advanced editor in page editors, but not in the post editor. Why?
I came to this, because I could not create a video post showing the video above the headline of the post.
Any ideas for help?
Thx & regards
This video shows how to get the advanced editor on your blog posts as well as in any custom post types. Hope it helps.
Thx for your quick support. I’ve tried the change of meta.php without installing “types”. But that does not work. Is it really needed to install the plugin in order to let it work?
Thx & regards
Ah I see, I have a child theme and copying the file there did not work. Changing it in the orgiinal folder worked well. Thx!
Glad is working for you. Let us know if you have any other questions or issues :)
Regards,
Josue
Josue, I see the enlightening answer was placed in a private reply is this something that can be posted publicly. I too would like to do this, but am running a child theme and want to know specifically how to implement this in a child theme setup.
Thanks
Hi there,
actually I have the following problem: when changing to advanced editor the post looks completely different to other posts.
The post I am talking about is: http://bit.ly/1a9mRQZ
– post image is not shown, but is shown on the blog overview page
– the post title is displayed in the header section left of breadcrumbs and not below the post image (see above)
– no comment functionality
– no other interesting links shown etc.
Simply compare to other posts, e.g. when you click left: post image is not shown, too (?), but all the other things are ok.
Thx for your help.
no ideas anyone?
Hey!
That is why we are not recommending to add the Advance Layout Editor on the post. Please hire a freelance developer to modify the Post Advance Builder for you.
Cheers!
