    For sites where you have the Child Theme in place, here are the steps.

    1. Download 4.3.1
    2. Extract the files
    3. FTP to your site
    4. Delete the enfold folder (Note: you should have an enfold folder and an enfold-child folder)
    5. Upload a fresh copy (the extracted files) to the same location where you deleted enfold

    Do not just copy via FTP. You need to completely remove the theme and add anew.
