How to update the Endfold Theme 4.5.7 to the current theme

1. When I go to the Enfold Theme Update screen and enter the Purchase Code where it ask for the private token I get the below error… I assume I need a “private token”???

2. Do I need Two private tokens, 1 for my DEMO site and one for the LIVE site???

Both sites are hosted on BlueHost under the same account but they use different MySql databases…

3. I want to install the updated theme to the DEMO site just in case things go wrong…

ERROR MESSAGE
Last time we checked the token we were not able to connected to Envato:

Purchases could not be accessed
Username could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
E-Mail could not be accessed (needed for your information only)
Following errors occured:

Purchases: Your private token is invalid.
username Your private token is invalid.
email Your private token is invalid.
Purchases: A problem occured accessing your purchases. Unable to check for updates
