    Hi Kresi,

    can you please help me solve two issues:
    1) How to update the theme without losing all my content and layout?
    I have 3.3.1 and I want to update to the latest 3.8.4

    2) I see that the speed of Enfold is quite slow. Your demos are really fast though – and I wonder if there are settings that influence the speed.
    I use SiteGround hosting, which specialises in WordPress and is ranked quite fast.

    Will it become faster once I update the theme?

    Thank you for contacting us!

    1- Have you made any changes on theme files? If you have not, you can go ahead and update the theme – kriesi.at/documentation/enfold/updating-your-theme-files/. To be on the safe side, please have a backup.
