i would like to know how can i change those three words “You are here: – in romanian…
or wich .php file can i open end edit.regards
You will find the string in the language file, use Poedit or Codestyling.

Or you can go to Enfold\framework\php folder and open class-breadcrumb.php file and change it manually.
