    Hi

‘Team Member’ content element has a link in the form of anchor tag (< a href=”URL”>URL text) in ‘Team Member Description’ field.

My problem is that if I now translate this field with translation editor (using W PML) the html code is encoded and translated content shows it as a string with the HTML tags not as an url. How can I get urls to behave like intended in translated ‘team member’ elements?

I have the same problem on multiple sites, even the ones that are just installed (fresh WP, Enfold and W PML).

Looking forward to hearing from you,

    AF

    Hey Aced Firm,
According to WPML “html tags inside a text box are interpreted as text” “The only way to avoid this would be to keep texts in separate fields that only contain texts”
So in your case, adding an anchor tag in the Team Member Description field will cause the link to be broken or “translated”.

    Best regards,
    Mike
