    You have validated and reset the password. The forum post says that I can see my new password in the private content field. How can I access it? I am not getting any mails. The only mail I get is the one when I send this form. Since I do not have the password, it is impossible to log in to the forums and also your mails are not getting delivered.

    I’m not sure which details you have provided us with, since you seem to be starting new threads for each message. Could you send us your purchase code for example? I checked the email you are using here, and that is not registered on our support forum.
