How to remove the Kriesi Facebook widget in the blog post?

For example, in Kriesi demo:
https://kriesi.at/themes/enfold-2017/2015/01/24/a-small-gallery/
there is a Kriesi facebook widget on the right hand side (below the “Categories” section),
how to remove it?
or how to change it to my facebook?

Please go to Appearance > Widgets and edit widgets in Blog Overview widget area :)
