    I need to update my Coherence theme and there isn’t an option to to do that in my WP theme admin, even after pasting in my purchase code. I have renewed a support license to get support on this issue, but I cannot login – the screen refreshes, but it never logs me in. I have repurchased the theme to start all over with a new registration and I still can’t login, because it says I am already registered. Please help!

    Could you please post your purchase code here privately so we can reset your forum account? I searched your email in our database but could not find any profile connected to it.

    Hi Yigit,

    For what it’s worth, I tried to register a different email with the new purchase code, which on the first screen where I entered the purchase code, it validated successfully, but then when I submitted on the final screen, the message read that the purchase code was invalid.

    So, I couldn’t get either scenario to work (with either purchase code), but I’ll accept any path to get registered again, gain support and update the theme.

    Thanks for the assist, it is appreciated.
